Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for 1:1 consultation sessions under the following conditions:
• Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent the session from taking place
• No-Show by Consultant: If the consultant fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice
• Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel the session for any reason

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
• Client No-Show: If you miss your scheduled session without 24-hour notice
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session
• Completed Sessions: Sessions that have been completed, regardless of satisfaction
• Technical Issues on Client Side: Internet connectivity or device issues on your end

Rescheduling Policy
• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• One free reschedule is allowed per booking
• Additional reschedules may incur a $25 administrative fee

Monthly Subscriptions
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions
